Chongwen Zou

Biography: Distinguished professor, a leading talent in Anhui Province, is mainly engaged in the in-situ methodology research of synchrotron radiation photoelectron spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and absorption spectroscopy, and focuses on the wafer-level size preparation and photoelectric characteristics of oxide phase change films, as well as the application of infrared and terahertz devices. In recent years, the first/correspondent has published more than 100 papers in PNAS, Science Advances, Nat. Comm.,JACS, Angewandte, Adv. Mater., Nano Letters and other journals.


Tao Zhang

Nanyang Technological University, Singapore

Biography: He is a postdoctoral fellow at Nanyang Technological University. He graduated from China University of Science and Technology/Institute of Solid State Physics of China Academy of Sciences in 2019 with a Ph.D., mainly engaged in the controllable construction of metal micro-nano structures and applied research in the fields of optics/catalysis. In 2019, he was selected as the "Postdoctoral International Exchange Program-Dispatching Project", won the doctoral national scholarship of the Ministry of Education, and won the second prize of natural science of Shandong Particle Society, and presided over the youth project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China.

Biography: Professor of Electronic Countermeasure College of National University of Defense Technology, doctoral supervisor, well-known young and middle-aged expert in the field of complex electromagnetic environment science in the whole army, top-notch scientific and technological innovation talent in the whole army, and a famous teaching teacher in Anhui Province. He is in charge of the development and research of more than 30 major scientific research projects, including national engineering, national natural science foundation, national defense pre-research and military special projects.

Biography: Master tutor of Zhejiang University, project leader of Huzhou Research Institute of Zhejiang University, and chairman of Beijing Zhongke Guoguang Quantum Technology Co., Ltd. He has cooperated with Academician Ding Chibiao to realize the first decoy quantum anti-deception radar, and made a series of achievements in vacuum noise quantum random number chip, quantum coding and decoding and modulation and demodulation chip, and single photon detection array. Up to now, it has obtained nearly 300 patents related to quantum technology.

Biography: Researcher, deputy director and doctoral supervisor of Anhui Institute of Optics and Mechanics, China Academy of Sciences. He is mainly engaged in the development of photoionization mass spectrometry instruments and atmospheric environmental science, undertaking national key research and development plans, major research plans of NSFC and key international cooperation projects of China Academy of Sciences, and publishing more than 80 papers in domestic and foreign journals such as ChemComm, Talanta and Atmo. Environ.
